Population Dynamics

This article describes design decisions that will be rediscussed before their implementation in the future, and as such are not final.

Population dynamics will simulate the fluctuation of species populations across time. It will be used to track the species of microbes and organisms in the earlier stages of the game, and of cities and civilizations in the later stages.

Game usage

  • Population is the number of individuals of the species.
  • Population dynamics shows the change in the population so that the success of the species can be tracked.
  • This also means that the species can go extinct.
