This article describes design decisions that will be rediscussed before their implementation in the future, and as such are not final.
The Economy Section will hold information on Resources, Research, Tech Objects and Function Parts. It will also be the section in which the player can change the options for Education and Media within your nation. As such, it is split into several headings.
Under the resources heading, the player can view all of the resources that your nation has knowledge of, and the amount of each. This list will be sortable by quantity or name (alphabetically). If a resource is selected, the player will get a more in-depth breakdown of where the resource is being acquired (be it through gathering or trade), what the resource's properties are and what it can and is being used for. Under the resource heading, the player will also be able to select a national currency.
This will have a breakdown of research points produced by your researcher population, as well as the research produced by interaction with TOs or materials. Also under this heading, the player can see a list of all the researches and inventions they have discovered (again, using an intuitive userface that allows arrangement by age or name).
Tech Objects and Function Parts
The Tech Objects and Function Parts that the people of your nation know how to build will be found here. This list can be toggled by age and name.
